Just watched an episode. I think what you're doing is amazing. Clearly, we should all learn to love and accept ourselves. Like Ms. Rupaul says, "if you can't love yourself, how the hell ya gonna love somebody else". Don't get me wrong, I'm not a tranny. Not that there is anything wrong with that. Most of the trannies I've come across are a hell of lot funnier and interesting than most of the rest of us. Anyway, the thing is ...I wish I'd had this kind of thing when I was a kid. So I didn't have to go thru that f#cked up period most of us go thru, trying to be someone you're not or feeling a sense of isolation. These episodes inform, educate and most importantly, invite an open discussion and create a sense of community. It's a good thing and important work. If this stops one person, any where in the world, from feeling "less than" or alone or confused, If one teenager, any where across America, feels they can face another day. Of if when dropping your lover off at the airport you actually send them off with a kiss and hug then it would have all been worthwhile.
