Adam (In the Moment)

Episode 1: Do you think Adam spends too much time online?

Since moving to LA from Minnesota, I've found a lot more...and a lot HOTTER guys on this one hook-up site. And I've been meeting some really cool guys. But is it too much of a good thing?

I believe that one has to be very careful when meeting people online. Our world has changed so much because of the internet. The internet has brought many advantages but it has also brought more dangers. I don't believe meeting random people online is such a great choice.

I think so, just imagine, he has messages unread for such a period of time, missed calls..etc., We should also don't forget that we also have bills to pay, clothes to be washed, I mean there's more to life than just being online all the time.

Maybe we could just limit the time we spend being online :-)

People are always going to be the same. The internet brings out the opportunists and exploiters more. The honest people get hurt by their trust more... It just intensifies the problems. This society is moving so fast, it's hard to meet someone casually anymore. So the internet seems to be a fast "fix" for most.

There's no way I'm going to spend less time online. I live on the web. It's the first thing I do when I wake up (check my gmail) and the last thing I do before going to bed (x-tube). Being online opens up an entire world -- people are more candid online than they feel they can be face to face. That's not a criticism, just an obervation.

yes. a whole night lost and anonymous encounters. It's just a big let down when your 40 and still doing the same thing. He needs therapy.

If you are asking/wondering... yes..its too much.
Mix it up, enjoy your time online but get out and meet guys face to face and in differant venues.
Expand your opportunities to meet potential boyfriends and friends..

It depends on what you want out of life.
If you want safe, *germ free* interaction, as long as your not using a public computer, you can have as many satisfying on-line relationships as you can in RL.

Sex is mostly in your head, so what better place for minds to meet and exchange the elements that turn you on? (If you need physical touch, see a masseuse.)

One just has to remember that a social life on the web, (which is a universe of mini solar systems,) has it's circuses and every circus has it's clowns that your bound to run into.

D.~ jumps into her oversized shoes and polka-dot pants, honks her big red nose, jumps back into her VW bug, hauling the rest of her Consortium in with her and zooms on.
